Day 1: Arrival Rwanda

On arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be welcomed by an Advantage Holidays representative who will transfer you to the Hotel and assist you at check in.

Day 2: Volcanoes National Park

After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will begin the Tour of the City of Kigali and the Genocide memorial. Lunch at a selected restaurant before you drive to Virungas arriving late afternoon at your lodge.

Check in for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Volcanoes National Park – Gorilla Experience

Today you will have a rare opportunity to observe the famous Rwandan mountain gorillas (subject to gorilla permits being available). Tracking the gorillas through the forested slopes of the Virungas is a magical experience.

 If you are lucky you can get to the gorillas, spend an hour with them, and be back at the base in time for a late lunch at your lodge. Some gorilla families, however, are more elusive, and tracking can take a full day, especially when it is wet and muddy so get prepared for this exciting but sometimes challenging experience.

If time allows you may choose from a variety of activities at extra cost. Dinner and Overnight at your lodge.

Day 4: Depart

After breakfast, check out and drive to Kigali. Drop off at the airport for your flight back home.
